What it means for you.
- At Mount Fuji between 1 and 25 Dec: buy between 24 Nov and 4 Dec. An adult saves ¥2,200 on a Tuesday–Thursday (about 31%) and ¥2,900 on a Saturday–Sunday (about 37%, the "up to 37%" Fuji-Q quotes).
- Family example (2 adults + kids aged 8 and 5), Tuesday–Thursday: sale price 2 × ¥5,000 + ¥3,500 + ¥2,400 = ¥15,900 (about RM406), against ¥21,700 at the normal price (about RM554). On a Saturday–Sunday: ¥16,100 (about RM411) against ¥23,500 (about RM600). The 5-year-old has no sale price and pays the normal fare.
- If your date is 26 Dec–3 Jan: the sale doesn't apply. Expect the normal price (adults ¥7,900 on 26–31 Dec).
- Be sure of the date: no refunds and no date changes. Strong wind or maintenance can stop some rides (Fuji-Q's own notice), so pick a day in the middle of your trip, not your last.
- No entry fee: Fuji-Q charges nothing to enter; the pass is for unlimited rides, including Thomas Land for small children. Each ride has height and age limits; check before you buy.
- Food and prayer: Fuji-Q's site mentions no halal menu or prayer room. Halal restaurants and the mosque nearby are in the Kawaguchiko halal food guide.
- If you'd rather not buy on a Japanese-language site: Klook: Fuji-Q Highland tickets (normal price, not the Black Friday price; check the price for your day).
